Super Sunday

Today was Super Bowl Sunday, but unfortuately, I did not get to watch. More on that in a bit. Thursday was another half-day with twenty minute periods. It was boring. We had jazz band afterwards. Friday was another long day ending with my working at Target until close. Saturday we had a jazz band trip to a festival in LaCrosse. I felt we did moderately well, but our trumpet section stunk. My improvisng went well for the most part as did the sightreading portion. We went to Perkins for dinner, and our server ruled. We got back in Monona at about 12:00AM Saturday night / Sunday Morning. Today I had musical practice from 1-3:00. It went very well. I played some Diablo 2 and then cart attended at Target from 5:00-1:00 in the bitter cold (-3 degrees), although it did not feel that bad. I also handed in my leave of absence papers, as I hope to take some time off (from now until May). So, unfortunately I missed the Bucc's romping of the Radiers, but oh well, it was worth the $35, right? *cough*
