I'm rich (bitch)

Today marks another bit of awesomeness in the unfolding saga that is my life. I have been offered a job at Verizon Wireless as an intern doing programming for them. The job lasts the duration of the summer and pays twice as well as Target does. Accordingly, I have accepted their offer, put in my resignation letter at Target, and celebrated by woohooing several times. In other news, my car (which I have not mentioned as of late but I do now have one) is in the shop for routine maintenance, and I'm having to do tons fill out tons of forms for the new job, which is a real bore. I also took my drug test for the job today, and let me tell you, I totally owned the cup. I had to hold it just to stop from overflowing the cup. I gave my cup to the guy, went back in, and continued to empty the tanks. OWNED!

Yesterday I picked up a new book on PHP and MySQL, which should come in handy for this job and for any jobs that Danny and I get over the summer for web page design. Be expecting to see Twin Fusion Designs links popping around the blog pretty soon. I went Claddagh Irish pub last night with the madre, which was fun. I had some Guinness, which I rejected as being too dark, too... blech.
