Ironman

Today is the annual Madison Ironman competition, which runs (quite literally) by our apartment. The athletes swim two miles (across lake Monona), Bike some 112 miles, and run another 26.2 miles. All of this in an effort to qualify for the national Ironman competition in Hawaii. Long story short: lots of clapping, yelling, running, and closed streets by our apartment, which makes getting groceries, driving, and coordinating with mother dearest all the more difficult.

Today I studied physics for five hours, went out to dinner, got groceries, came back, played ddr and warcraft - and that pretty muched summed the day up.
