Visio

Dear Microsoft,

Microsoft Visio is a frustrating piece of software. Nothing ever connects as it's supposed to. When I enlarge an arrow, it suddenly goes off of plumb. This doesn't make any sense. The grid snapping is terrible. Fix Visio.
