Breakdown
Halfway through Iowa (Between Des Moines and Iowa City) my C.V. Joint decided to go. Symptoms include a buffeting sound that gets worse when decelerating. So, I'm stuck in Iowa for some time, it would seem. I'm typing this at a rest stop outside of Grinnell while we wait for a tow truck to pick my mom and me up, and take us to Grinnell. Only one problem, I doubt any repair shop in Grinnell will be open on Sunday, so that means my dad will have to come get us, and I'll have to drive back down to Iowa to get my car. Yippee!
Our AAA agent was an idiot, for what it's worth.
